Yancy has been a part of our sewing mentorship program for several years. She has also gone through our prenatal program.

Omega Task has been reaching out to and empowering the women in our community by offering sewing and quilting classes as well as one-on-one mentorships.

Through these large group trainings and one-on-one mentorships we are helping to create an avenue for these ladies to sell handmade quilts, various bags, wallets, and much more. Our highly skilled volunteers are ensuring the quality of their work and encouraging them as they grow into talented artisans.

These sewing classes and mentorships are a way our mission has been building long lasting, intentional relationships with the women in our community.
